Where we started, where we are

Pilar TI was founded in 2018 in São Paulo by IT professionals with 15+ years of experience at large enterprise outsourcing and consulting firms. The motivation was clear: deliver serious technical services for medium-sized Brazilian companies, without the corporate overhead of global giants nor the inconsistency of small Brazilian vendors.

We started with 5 professionals and 2 clients. We grew rapidly serving the financial sector and technology companies. In 2020 we expanded to Rio de Janeiro. In 2021, Belo Horizonte (mining and healthcare). 2022 brought Curitiba (automotive and tech) and Brasília (private healthcare and tech).

Today we are a company with 90+ CLT-employed engineers across 5 cities, serving clients in all major sectors of the Brazilian economy. We focus on quality, transparency, and long-term relationships — clients that engage us in outsourcing typically stay 4-6 years.

For global clients with Brazilian operations, we serve as a single accountable IT services provider — handling the complexity of Brazilian labor law, language, and culture so global PMs can focus on their core operations.
